The Hunters ROTC Association Inc.and the Sons & Daughters Of Hunters ROTC Inc.(established in the 1950s and 1975 respectively), consisting of members and their descendants of the famous World War II guerilla organization known as Hunters ROTC Guerillas founded by the late B/Gen. Eleuterio "Col. Terry Magtanggol" Lavengco Adevoso. The Hunters ROTC Guerillas was organized by 3 PMA Cadets in early 1942 in San Juan, Rizal - Miguel Ver, Eleuterio Adevoso and Gustavo Ingles. They went to the hills of Rizal in April 1942 and eventually became a guerilla force of over 25,000 armed men and countless more barrio civilian support group members. The exploits of the Hunters ROTC were written about and covered in many books, war accounts, and other forms of media, including a 1960 Pilipino movie production. Of the many individual veterans organizations in the Philippines, the Hunters ROTC seems to be the only one that regularly brings its members together at least three times a year - for its April Foundation Day anniversary, its July Mike Ver Day and induction of officers, and its Christmas holidays reunion. Its members and officers have also headed many of the post-war national veterans organizations such as the Philippine Veterans Legion, the Veterans Federation of the Philippines, and the Philippine Veterans Bank, among others.
