With the Mayor, VFP Commander Bellosi, other veterans and widows and descendants present, the microfinance lending program of the government was brought to the veterans sector of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), with expectations that this would soon spread from Benguet to Ifugao and Abra and other provinces.
